On vacation it is important to be able to eat and savor everything with taste and to discover good and new flavors.
The chef and all his staff give the best of themselves in the hotel kitchen in the Alta Val Pusteria: the dishes are prepared carefully and carefully by choosing high-quality products.

Breakfast times are from 7.30 to 9.30 and dinner from 19.00 to 20.30.
For groups occupying the whole hotel, timetables can be customized.

The ingredients for the dishes are almost always of regional origin: they are fresh and well preserved. Most of the products are farmers or produced by us: bread, ham and speck homemade by our chef, butter, flour and yogurt from the farmers, but also seasonal fruit and vegetables, jams and homemade cakes.
