Access to the Spa area is prohibited for children under 16 years of age.
The whole Spa area and the fitness room will have a complete restyling by summer 2020.

Melt your stress in the heat

In the wellness center of the Wellness Hotel Almhof you can dissolve stress and toxins with our saunas. There are three saunas available to our customers: a Finnish sauna, a Bio sauna and an infrared sauna.

Spend moments of regeneration and pleasure in our spa. For our guests we have two Turkish baths: one in Hidrasoft pairs and a large Turkish bath with a temperature of 50 °.

Our wellness center is not only inside our hotel, but we also have an outdoor area, to allow our guests to relax completely immersed in nature. You will find our Infinity View sauna, our Hot Tube and, arriving for summer 2020, a heated swimming pool overlooking the Val Pusteria

Hay bath

Physical wellness and sense of relaxation

It has its roots in the custom of farmers to rest from the hard work of the day sleeping in the hay cut for cows, hay that was able to remove the exhaustion of the work in the fields and restore strength. Some herbs are used that grow spontaneously in the mountains containing officinal herbs. The hay bath gives those who practice it a sense of physical well-being due to a sense of relaxation.
